Maple Top Maintenance •  Maple tops are sealed and finished at the factory; should it be necessary to drill holes, make cut outs or cut through the sealed surface in any way, it is important that the altered area be re-sealed immediately; failure to do so may cause a drying-out process to occur which can result in separation of the wood fiber or glue joints •  Clean with water, mild soap or detergent; after wiping clean, surface should be dried thoroughly •  Water should never be allowed to stand on the surface •  Maple is an organic product, and will react and adjust to the environment; excessive dryness or high humidity may cause a natural reaction in the form of small cracks in the surface which should be filled immediately without cause for alarm

•  1-1⁄2” overall thickness •  Top and bottom are 3⁄8” high-density particle board with 3⁄4” MDF core •  Top is sealed entirely in a catalyzed finish to resist conventional liquids •  Standard profile is 3⁄8” radius on the top and bottom of the front edge
